We will address any negative beliefs and limiting decisions that may be holding you back. To accomplish this, we may utilize a modality such as Time Line Therapy, which enables us to explore past thoughts and experiences that have shaped your current mindset, decision-making patterns, values, fears, and negative thoughts.
By accessing and releasing these past experiences and their attached emotions, we can free you from their constraints and pave the way for personal transformation. Once these limiting beliefs and decisions are addressed, we can shift our focus towards setting future goals.
Together, we will explore your aspirations, values, and desires, crafting a vision for the life you wish to create. Through this process, we will establish clear and actionable steps to help you achieve those goals, empowering you to move forward with confidence and purpose.
My role as a coach for families is to help them understand and empower their young person. I firmly believe in the potential of every individual, and I provide unwavering support to parents as they navigate their journey.
Together, we work through their limiting beliefs and negative thoughts about young people, replacing them with a positive and growth-oriented mindset. By doing so, we lay the foundation for a happy family and create an environment where children can thrive.

Transitioning from grade 6 to year 7 can be a daunting experience filled with uncertainty and unanswered questions. It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed and anxious about the unknown. However, it's important to remember that you are not alone in this journey.
Trained in many aspects of Adolescent Mental Health l feel for the kids its BIG, families too. My program is a safe supported space for children to relax and get all those questions answered the ones they are too scared to ask, or whatever pops into their heads once in a safe space, no wrong questions.
